Joey’s Review:
I always enjoy stories that are told from a predominantly male perspective. It's refreshing, and I wish there were more out there.
Grey is your typical playboy, having no problem with finding a lady to keep him company when he wants it. But seeing his close friends grow up and settle down, the urge to join the ranks of the married is there. Problem is, his buddies have relationship problems that he wants no part of. So, at his sister's suggestion, Grey composes a list of qualities that his ideal partner must have. When the ladies don't make the grade, Grey hits the road.
A chance meeting at a writing conference leads to what could be the ideal relationship for Grey. But the question is, is he looking for a Stepford Wife, or is he looking for true love?
The Marriage List is a read I'd qualify as cozy. If you're looking for high drama and angst, you won't find it here, but if you want a solid romance, The Marriage List will definitely fill the bill.
