Description:

Shelton is falling hard for his best friend and roommate, finding Nevil's dark good looks and moments of gentleness almost impossible to resist. But Nevil is more interested in affairs of the body than the heart. As Shelton's desire for the man grows, he wonders if he can change Nevil's mind. But does he even want to? Nevil might not stay, once he learns Shelton's secret, and then his loneliness would be complete.

Brandi’s Review:

If I am being 100% honest about this book, I will admit to having mixed feelings. Shelton seemed almost too sweet for Nevil, who was a complete playboy. Shelton worked full time, was a model and carried a secret that brought on a lot of emotional pain and baggage.  How could someone like him not love the outgoing, slick, good looking man that was Nevil?

But Nevil was full of himself I felt. The different colored socks seemed a bit pretentious. My biggest concern was his meeting with Percy, which was never explained.  Of course, I am not sure if that was Nevil's fault or Shelton's.  But Nevil saved himself and the story by the way he handled Shelton's burden. It was very sweet, and showed deep down he wasn't a egotistical jerk.
