Joey’s Review:
Prepare yourselves for one of my more nonsensical reviews, mostly because my review consists of *squee!*. This story is adorable. And sigh-inducing. And aw-inducing. And did I mention I really loved it?
Sometimes, it's hard to put into words exactly why you loved a book. This one just had this neat little trifecta of awesomeness. A heroine you can't help but adore. A hero who's a little broken and a lot hot. A refreshing setting that I've not come across before.
I had the warm and fuzzies after I read this one. And I devoured it from the second I started. Anne Holly created characters I loved from first introduction, and I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to dive into this read.
